The tradition of serving up the finest farm-to-table experiences in Southwest Florida continues. We have had tremendous success with our last five events and would like to cordially invite you to the next dinner.
We’re pleased and delighted to announce our next spectacular farm-to-table extravaganza will take place on Saturday, February 14, 2015 from 6-9pm. You won’t want to miss the 6th Rustic Barn Gathering at Buckingham Farms. With new dishes and beautiful autumn weather, this event is sure to be a spectacular and exciting inaugural affair. So make your reservations beginning on 2/2!
Prepare to be amazed once again by another mouth-watering menu of culinary creations at The Rustic Barn at Buckingham Farms. Along with serving an exclusive 4-course meal featuring a sumptuous entrée and savory sides made with the finest ingredients from our hydroponic farm, the barn will also be beautified to dazzle you and your guests. Don’t miss the most delightful and unique dining experience you’ll find anywhere in the area.
We’ll take care of the fine details. We just need you and your guests. If you haven’t experienced one of our events yet, come see what all the excitement is about at The Rustic Barn at Buckingham Farms. You can even bring your own beer and wine. Come experience an evening of delicious food and great company in a setting ripe for a good time at down at the farm.
General ticket sales begin on Monday, February 2. Seating is limited to 50 guests and tickets are $75.00 per person. Call 239-206-2303 for details or reservations beginning on 2/2.
Bacon wrapped Shrimp, Fruit and cheese kabobs and Lime Chicken Skewers with Peanut sauce.
Farm fresh greens with Raspberry Vin or Balsamic Vin.
Bread Service with butter TBD.
Trio of Dried fruit stuffed quail with wild mushroom Demi sauce, Wild pork sausage with onion and peppers and Turkey Tenderloin skewers with lemon caper sauce. Served with wild Rice blend and green beans in a sweet-bacon vinegar sauce.
Coconut Snowball – Warm brownie with vanilla bean ice cream rolled in coconut and almonds. Served with caramel and chocolate sauces.
