Alligator Gumbo – $12.99
This gumbo is loaded with braised alligator, spicy sausage and stewed vegetables. Served over a bed of fluffy white rice and farm fresh vegetable medley.
Pistachio Salmon – $14.99
Pistachio encrusted farm-raised salmon pan fried and finished with a bright roasted red pepper lemon coulis. Served with a soft-on-the-inside, crispy-on-the-outside smoked Gouda potato cake and fresh, grilled asparagus.
