- 2 cups cooked beets, grated
- 4 tablespoons fresh horseradish, grated
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons salad oil or 2 tablespoons olive oil
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Roast the beasts at 400 until you can slide a knife through.
Let completely cool and then grate the beets or slice thin.
Mix all of the ingredients together and let chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
