With more than 30 years of culinary experience, Executive Chef Jason Little brings a unique blend of passion, innovation, and Southern charm to every dish. A proud graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Culinary Arts and South Florida State College with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Hospitality, Chef Jason combines classical training with a deep appreciation for genuine hospitality.
Over the course of his distinguished career, Chef Jason has built an impressive reputation in the private club sector, known for crafting exceptional cuisine from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. His expertise has been featured in various media outlets, where he’s shared his knowledge through cooking demonstrations and culinary classes.
Since joining Buckingham Farms in 2013, Chef Jason has partnered closely with the farm’s team to develop a menu that celebrates the freshest produce and locally acquired products. His commitment to transparency inspired the farm’s open kitchen concept, inviting guests to connect with the culinary team and experience the farm-to-table process firsthand.
An accomplished and award-winning chef, Jason has earned recognition in several prestigious competitions, including:
